In the centre a man in a pink turban, white dhoti and gold necklace raises a brass kalasha in his right hand while pointing with the other, beside a floral-decorated altar holding a golden disc, red and yellow flower garlands, and a pink cloth. Two carved stone or wooden guardian figures with white beards sit at the front. Behind, a man bare-chested in an orange shawl and rudraksha mala assists, and fire and offerings burn on the floor among seated devotees. Presumably an abhishekam or puja scene; no a person candidate is clearly identifiable here.2017-05-02August 22 20172017-08-22A priest in white dhoti and a yellow-and-blue sash stands at a stone or brass bowl on a flower-decorated altar, pouring from a tall brass or copper pot. He wears a magenta-and-purple turban and a thin necklace, and his bare upper torso is visible. Fine mist or sprayed water catches the light in the air above him, and marigold-orange and yellow flowers and white offerings lie on the altar. Hanging brass lamps and a tented pavilion frame the scene.2016-12-02December 15 20162016-12-15 +1 copies
