Dozens of devotees wear white dhotis and white shawls, some bare-chested in orange or saffron cloths, while others are dressed in orange and saffron sannyasi robes. Many sit before small black and brown ritual vessels and brass lamps arranged along the steps, and a few stand with flower garlands. Orange flags on poles, flowering shrubs and a small shrine-like structure frame the scene. The water reflects the steps and seated figures.2017-05-29July 17 20172017-07-17 +1 copiesJune 02 20172017-06-02A photograph of a large outdoor ritual gathering on tiered red stone steps lined with rows of seated participants. Many men sit bare-chested or in white dhotis, some wearing orange or saffron cloths and rudraksha malas, while several women in white saris sit among them. Brass and bronze vessels and small lamps rest on the steps in front of the seated rows, and red flags stand at the right edge beside a metal railing. A chain-link fence runs across the foreground, and trees and a purple banner appear in the background. The scene suggests a puja or satsang assembly, though no single presiding figure is clearly identifiable.2017-07-03 +1 copiesA photograph of a large outdoor seated gathering on tiered red steps beside a water tank, with dozens of participants sitting on rows of dark stone lingam-shaped Shivalingam ritual pieces. Many people wear white, saffron, pink, teal and blue clothing, several men are bare-chested, and some women wear shawls and saris. Red flags stand in front of a metal railing in the foreground. No single person can be clearly identified as a person from appearance, so the scene is described by participants only.2016-12-16May 22 20172017-05-22 +1 copiesA photograph of a large outdoor ceremony on tiered red steps, with dozens of participants seated in rows. Many wear white garments and some wear saffron or orange robes; several sit before small black pots or vessels and brass bowls with lamps and offerings. Red flags with a stylised emblem stand along the steps, and a metal railing separates the seating area from a lower section where more people in white and saffron sit. Trees and a mesh fence frame the scene, with a camera tripod visible at the lower right.
