Beside it, a gold-framed shrine holds a deity murti in a crown and jewelled ornaments, garlanded with bright multicoloured and white flower strands. A tall brass oil lamp stands between them, with brass puja vessels and potted green plants in front and dark maroon draped curtains behind. The setting suggests a temple-style puja hall.2015-06-03A seated man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban sits on a gold-carved throne with a heart-shaped back wrapped in multicoloured flower garlands, resting his hand on a red cushion, with a rudraksha-style mala and a long white flower garland across his chest.
