No people are visible in the frame.2017-02-26A large Shiva lingam on a decorated float dominates the frame, its dark stone surface draped with a silver-banded yoni-style base and a long garland border of orange, yellow, green, maroon and purple flowers arched above it. A small red flower ornament sits at the top of the lingam. Behind it, a person in a dark outfit is partly visible under the garland arch, and a gold-framed structure and dark statue stand at the right against an orange building and a steel scaffold frame.
