August 29 20142014-08-29A photograph inside a temple-style hall shows a man seated on an ornate gold lion-armed throne with red cushions, wearing a saffron-orange head wrap, reddish-brown robe and a white and multicolour flower garland with gold ornaments on his wrists. A gilded footstool and a brass lamp stand nearby. To the right, a decorated deity murti is adorned with multicoloured flower garlands and sits on a golden orange-draped seat in front of a gold-framed niche with magenta drapery. Plates of food offerings are arranged on the floor, with a red patterned carpet beneath. The man appears to be a person based on the saffron head wrap, rudraksha-style adornments and the garlanded throne setting, but the appearance is only partly visible, so the identification is uncertain.2013-11-17A photograph of a seated man on an ornate gold lion-armrest throne with red cushions, wearing a rust-orange headwrap, rust-red dhoti-style robe, gold necklace and a long white-and-red flower garland, with gold bangles on his wrist. To his right stands a decorated deity murti draped in orange silk and covered in multicoloured garlands and flower ornaments, with brass oil lamps and metal plates of offerings on the floor. The setting is a temple hall with painted pillars and a red patterned carpet. Visible appearance cues include a headwrap, rudraksha-style ornament and gold jewellery, so this may be a person seated in his peetha during a darshan or satsang, though his identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2013-11-17June 12 20142014-06-12 +2 copiesFebruary 06 20142014-02-06November 17 20132013-11-17July 06 20142014-07-06Two seated figures on ornate gilded thrones on a stage.
