A large indoor hall with pale grey walls, a corrugated metal roof and exposed blue steel beams. Long rows of seated devotees fill the floor: women in colourful saris in blue, green, red, orange and white, many with hands pressed together in namaskar, and men in white dhotis and shirts seated at the back. Tall cylindrical hanging decorations in red, green, orange and yellow with painted motifs hang from the ceiling. A video camera on a tripod stands among the crowd near the front, and a speaker sits at the side of the hall. The scene suggests a satsang gathering in progress.2008-07-29July 29 20082008-07-29October 15 20082008-10-15June 23 20142014-06-23 +2 copiesJune 19 20142014-06-19 +1 copiesMarch 23 20082008-03-23A large indoor hall with pink walls and red curtains where many women stand with palms pressed together in namaskar, as if in prayer or satsang. Most wear white or cream sarees with coloured borders in yellow, purple and orange, and several wear black beaded mala necklaces; a few have hair pinned back and some wear bindis. A framed portrait of a smiling older man in a white head covering hangs on the left wall beside a smaller framed image, and a tall yellow fabric hanging with red and patterned bands is suspended from the ceiling. Decorative striped poles stand at the right, and a black speaker is mounted high on the wall. Behind the front row, many more people stand in rows toward the back of the room.2011-09-18February 08 20122012-02-08July 29 20082008-07-29March 19 20082008-03-19 +1 copiesJune 23 20142014-06-23 +1 copiesA large crowd of devotees stands indoors under a white tent-like ceiling hung with tall cylindrical decorative banners in red, yellow, blue and white with painted animal motifs. Most people wear white garments, including white saris and white kurta-style clothing, while a few wear pink, green, orange and red saris. Many stand with hands folded or clasped in front, and some women have long braided hair. Woven mats in green and purple cover the floor. A wall at left displays framed printed panels, and large white lamp shades hang at the right edge. Figures are dense across the frame, with many partially visible people in the background.2008-01-25
