June 12 20142014-06-12Photograph of a smiling man in a rust-red sannyasi dhoti and shawl with gold borders, wearing a long rudraksha mala and a white jasmine garland, with white and red tilak on his forehead, standing barefoot beside a golden statue. He raises one hand in a greeting gesture. The statue wears a red and gold turban, layered rudraksha malas, ornate gold jewelry, and a garland of white flowers and red roses; its hands are in abhaya and varada poses. A red cloth draped over a pedestal sits at the base, with rose petals scattered on it. The man's appearance is consistent with Swamiji (probable), with long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala and saffron-toned robes, and he is shown beside a statue rather than on a throne.2014-06-12A smiling man in a maroon sannyasi robe with gold-bordered waistband and a long rudraksha mala waves beside a gilded statue of a saint. The statue wears a red-and-gold turban, a large white flower garland, a red and orange bead necklace, and an ornate jewelled collar, and its right hand is raised in blessing. Both figures stand on a red silk cloth dotted with rose petals, under a stone archway with greenery visible outside.
