A figure in a golden-brown silk garment with a red-and-gold turban and a large red beaded garland bends forward with hands extended toward a reclining or lying figure in an orange garment with a green silk sash and ornate gold jewellery. The reclining figure is draped in heavy garlands of yellow, white, red and green flowers, and a long silver-tipped staff lies across the body. A gold-bordered backdrop and other gold-decorated elements frame the scene.
