Photograph inside a temple shrine. A large framed portrait of a smiling man with a saffron-orange turban and saffron wrap sits on a gilded throne decorated with a tiger-face motif, set within a niche strung with small hanging lamps. Two painted guardian statues flank the shrine, each with four arms, orange dhoti and green sash, gold ornaments and crowns. In the foreground a row of lit oil lamps blazes, and a man in a white dhoti with a bare upper body kneels before the throne, while a woman in an orange sari sits beside him, apparently performing puja.
