February 24 20072007-02-24A devotee in a white checked shirt and white dhoti, with a red cloth draped over one shoulder, bends forward and touches his forehead to the bare feet of a seated figure in an orange-red robe with a gold border. A marigold and yellow flower garland lies on a brass plate with a red-and-white cloth beneath the feet, set against an ornate gold throne with a red cushion. Two other people in white are partly visible at the top edge. The devotee's bangles and a ring are visible. Pada puja is depicted in this moment of seated reverence at the feet of the honoured figure.2016-01-02July 19 20152015-07-19 +1 copiesA photograph of a devotee in a grey and white checked shirt bowing deeply with palms pressed together, his forehead lowered toward the feet of a seated figure. The seated person wears an orange-saffron robe with yellow trim and a red and white floral garland at the shoulder, and their bare feet are visible at the lower right. A reddish cloth-covered seat and a second bare foot are visible at the bottom of the frame, with a dark wooden surface and floral fabric behind. The devotee's bowed posture suggests padapuja-style reverence, but the seated figure's face is not visible and no clear appearance-based identification is made.2015-07-19January 02 20162016-01-02 +1 copiesA man in white dhoti and shirt with a yellow marigold garland and a rudraksha mala kneels on a concrete floor, bending forward to touch the ground near the feet of a woman in a red and gold brocade saree. Another man in white kneels beside him, and people in orange and gold garments stand in the background. The scene resembles a couple's ceremonial obeisance during a marriage-related event at an ashram.2009-12-26January 02 20162016-01-02 +1 copiesA photograph of a domestic house visit in a living room with a brown patterned sofa behind. In the foreground a seated man in a gold-bordered orange and gold shawl wears a long multicolour garland of yellow and purple flowers and sits with palms pressed together in namaste, eyes lowered. Beside him, several devotees kneel on an orange mat: a woman in a pink and red saree and a woman in a cream saree with a red border bend forward with their hands at a brass plate, while a man in a striped shirt and glasses kneels and a boy in a red shirt watches on the right. Another man in a striped shirt stands behind. The scene appears to show a padapuja-style foot-washing offering to the seated guest.2010-02-17November 19 20062006-11-19July 31 20152015-07-31July 31 20152015-07-31October 08 20112011-10-08
