Top left shows a silver Ganesha murti under a silver umbrella, flanked by fruits, a pineapple and a coconut. Top right shows several people seated on the floor before decorated deity figures in pink and black, with a red flag on the wall. Bottom left shows a group seated on the floor before an altar with an ornate golden throne-like seat and figures in pink cloth, with a small pink-and-white mat. Bottom right shows a man in white clothes tending brass ritual vessels before dark deity figures on pink-draped platforms. A man in an orange-saffron robe sits cross-legged before a dark stone shivalingam-style deity murti draped with white garlands, performing a lamp or aarti offering with oil lamps on a brass stand. To the left a man in orange sits on a raised cushioned seat, with a bare-chested or white-clad attendant seated nearby. Behind the deity, a decorated altar holds flower garlands, brass lamps and a framed picture. A printed sign reading "TORONTO KAILASH" stands in front of the altar. Several devotees sit on the floor: a woman in a red sari in the foreground, a woman in white beside her, a man in a white shirt and dark trousers at right, and others in orange and white garments near the altar. A kalasha-like pot and offerings sit on the altar base. The shrine appears to be a satsang setting in a temple hall.2011-10-25
