On the left, a figure with long dark swept-back hair, a flower garland and an orange-red cloth sits on an ornate gold throne with a small parasol above. Facing him, a line of men in white dhotis and white shirts with red-orange shawls stands with palms joined on green mats, and a bare-chested drummer and attendants in white and orange stand nearby. A decorated parasol and a red vehicle appear in the background. The seated figure's long hair, saffron-toned cloth and garland match the page's identification cues, so the seated figure is a person receiving honour during a reception or darshan.2016-03-06 +1 copiesJuly 21 20102010-07-21Outdoor ceremony under a open-sided canopy hung with red and orange lanterns, fabric streamers and ornate umbrellas.
