A large hall filled with seated devotees on red mats during a satsang. Most men wear white shirts and white dhotis or trousers, with ID lanyards around their necks, and several wear striped or patterned shirts. Many sit cross-legged with eyes forward, attentive to a distant stage at the far end of the room where a figure in orange robes stands near a golden ornate backdrop. Pink walls, red curtains and ceiling fans frame the space, and a few water bottles and bags lie on the floor. A large crowd fills the foreground and midground rows.

The setting suggests a devotional discourse; the speaker is not visible in frame.

Some have short beards or moustaches, and one older man in the foreground wears a rudraksha mala and a red tilak. A few faces are partly hidden by others, and the room is crowded with participants facing forward. No figure is identifiable as a person in this image.
