In the centre, a bald man in saffron-orange robes with a maroon border and a long gold-beaded necklace with a pendant sits on an orange cloth, holding a small ritual implement over a brass plate with flowers. Beside him, a bearded man in similar orange robes and a beaded mala performs the ceremony. Behind them, several men in white dhotis with white body markings sit with palms pressed together. Brass lamps, a brass bell, a small pot and an open ritual book lie on the orange mat. The ritual appears to be a padapuja-style worship.2010-10-16A photograph of a seated group performing a puja ritual on a white marble floor. In the foreground, a man with grey-streaked hair and a beard wears an orange robe and a long beaded necklace, seated on an orange mat with his hands near brass plates and offerings.
