A photograph of a temple courtyard with wet stone floor and red-and-white striped walls. A priest in white dhoti and an orange-saffron shawl, with a white tilak on his forehead, stands at left holding a brass plate with flowers and small items. Beside him a man in a white shirt, a young boy in white with a red garland, a woman in a beige sari with a red garland holding a framed deity picture, and an older woman in a teal sari with glasses holding a brass plate of yellow and white flowers stand in a line. Brass lamps and garlanded altar elements are behind them. No visible identification of a person; the priest is described by role only.2008-04-07April 07 20082008-04-07April 07 20082008-04-07April 07 20082008-04-07A naming ceremony photo: a bare-chested man with long hair and flower garlands holds a sleeping baby wrapped in a blue cloth. Nearby, a woman in a white sari with gold border holds a small book and stands beside a girl in a purple top, while a man in a white dhoti with gold border stands behind them. A shaved-headed man in orange and a man in white shirt stand at the edge. Red curtains, white walls and an air conditioner form the backdrop. Visible people: about seven, not a crowd.2013-07-20Photo of a temple courtyard with a shrine behind an orange-draped pillared mandapa. A shaved-headed man in an orange saffron robe and rudraksha mala stands at center, leading a small boy in a white shirt and jeans who holds a long marigold garland. A woman in a dark brown sari and gold necklace holds a large bundle of orange marigold garlands. To the right, a woman in an orange sari and another in white clothing handle more garlands. A man in a white dhoti with a sacred thread stands at far left. Behind them is a deity murti with a red and orange face, garlanded in red and white, under a turquoise backdrop.2011-08-19A photograph inside an unfinished brick house with bare plastered walls and a window opening. In the foreground, a figure seen from behind wears saffron-orange robes and a pink flower garland, seated on a blue mat and holding an object in their hands. Around them, a group of about ten people stand on a striped yellow mat with flower petals: a woman in a teal sari with gold necklace, a man in white shirt and trousers, a young boy in white with a small fruit, an elderly man in a pale green shirt, orange dhoti and white shawl, and other men in white shirts and white dhotis. Some hold fruit and offerings. The scene resembles a satsang house visit with offerings.2010-01-23September 15 20092009-09-15December 26 20062006-12-26April 17 20172017-04-17A photograph of a devotee gathering at an indoor event.
