A photograph of an outdoor ceremonial gathering under a red-and-white canopy decorated with banana leaves and a red carpet. A man with long dark hair and a bare-shouldered rust-red garment, marked with yellow-edged cloth, gestures with his raised arm toward others. Beside him stand saffron-robed sannyasis with rudraksha malas, one with a shaved head and one wearing an orange turban. On the right, a man in a white shirt and grey trousers with glasses stands with hands together, a woman in a rust-red sari with a mala faces the group, and an elderly man in white dhoti and shirt with a lanyard stands nearby. A woman in a green sari presses her palms together. Several other people in white and red stand in the background.

A procession descends a red-tiled staircase beneath a corrugated roof. In the foreground, a man in saffron-red robes with a gold-bordered dhoti and a long gold-bead necklace holds a silver trident and walks with a small red bindi on his forehead. Behind him, a man in orange-red robes carries a long silver staff, and a woman in a deep red sari with a rudraksha-style mala holds a silver staff. A yellow umbrella is held over the group. Devotees in white and orange clothing follow along the orange railings, and a photographer in white clothes takes pictures.

Outdoor photo of a group standing on red stone steps beneath a line of red and saffron flags on tall poles. A bearded man in a rust-red robe with a long brown rudraksha-style mala stands near the centre, with long dark hair, a distinctive appearance but not clearly enough for a confident identification, so this is an uncertain candidate. Nearby, a young man in saffron clothing with a large beaded necklace stands on the left beside a bag and folded cloth. Behind them, several saffron-robed sannyasis stand on the steps. On the right, a woman in a yellow kurta and two men in white and light blue shirts stand watching. A gold lion-figured throne or seat with a dark velvet cloth sits on the steps.

Night-time photo of a stone staircase outside a red-walled building. In the centre, a figure in a maroon-and-gold sannyasi-style robe, with a maroon turban, a large beaded rudraksha mala and a gold pendant, descends the steps in orange footwear. Behind him, several men in maroon and saffron robes stand at the top of the steps. Nearby, men in white dhotis and shirts and a woman in a white sari with a purple border stand with hands folded in greeting. The lower left shows bare concrete and a dark metal grate.

Outdoors on stone ghat steps beside a river, a large group of people in saffron-orange robes poses for a group photograph. In the centre, a man with long dark hair and a wide rudraksha mala, wearing an orange robe, raises one hand in a blessing gesture, seated near a silver-framed throne-like chair. Around him, men and women sit and stand holding long silver staffs and trishula tridents; several men are shaved-headed with gold beaded necklaces. An umbrella with colourful fringe and a kalasha-like finial stand behind, and a white-robed figure stands at right. Stone steps and people in the background complete the scene.

Outdoor photo on stone steps by a river ghat in India. A bare-chested figure on the left in a saffron-orange wrap with a red-orange turban, orange marigold garland and a rudraksha mala raises a silver staff and a hand toward the crowd. Beside him a bald man in rust-red robes, wire-rimmed glasses and a long rudraksha mala holds a small silver vessel. A smiling woman in red-orange sari with a rudraksha mala has orange-yellow tilak on her forehead. Around them many devotees in white and red-orange dhotis and shawls, some with forehead tilak, climb and gather on the steps, with a black shoulder bag and a light-coloured bag visible at right. The person in the turban has distinctive saffron clothing and garlands, so the appearance matches the a person candidate with probable cues, but the figure is partly turned away and the face is not clearly visible.

Outdoor ritual scene in a palm-lined courtyard with a tall red stone platform on the left. A bare-chested man with long hair pulled back, wearing a saffron-orange dhoti and a floral garland of red and orange flowers, climbs a red-carpeted wooden staircase toward the platform. Behind him, a man in a white dhoti and shawl stands by a white-draped table with offerings. Several saffron-robed monks with shaved heads and rudraksha malas stand in a line holding brass plates of offerings and flowers, while women in matching orange saris with hands folded stand nearby. A large blue and orange ceremonial umbrella and a brass trident-topped staff stand at the right edge. The ground is patterned brick paving.
