A seated figure in an orange saffron robe and orange shawl sits on a golden throne decorated with large garlands of red, yellow and purple flowers. He wears a long multi-strand gold necklace, red flower garlands and gold bangles, and holds a white trident-topped staff. He smiles with open arms. Two men in white dhotis with gold borders bow at his feet, one placing a hand on the head of a kneeling devotee, while an elderly woman bows low in white clothing among heaps of marigold and rose petals. Golden throne-base carvings and a kalasha-like vessel are visible. The figure's appearance with long swept-back hair, saffron robes, ornate gold necklace and garlands matches the page's Swamiji reference (probable), seated on a peetha in a darshan setting.2012-01-01A photograph of a long-haired person in saffron-orange robes with a red and white flower garland and gold bangles, seated on an ornate golden throne draped with a multicoloured floral arrangement and a bed of orange and yellow marigold petals. Several people in white dhoti-style clothing with gold borders stand and kneel around the throne, one holding a trident-topped staff and another bending to place white cloths on the petals. Bystanders in casual clothes and saris stand at the edges. A dark red curtain forms the backdrop.2012-01-01July 03 20122012-07-03A photograph of a seated man in an orange saffron robe with a long orange shawl and a garland of flowers, sitting on an ornate gold throne with carved lion-like finials and garlands of marigolds and purple flowers. He wears a rudraksha-style necklace and his long dark hair is swept back, with a small crown visible above him; cues are suggestive but not conclusive for a person. Seated before him on the floor are devotees in white and cream traditional clothes, several with palms pressed together in namaskar, and a row of brass plates with fruit and flowers in front. A woman in a white sari stands at the left edge near a second empty gold throne draped in garlands, with a gold trident-like staff behind the throne. Dark blue curtains and a pale wall form the stage backdrop.2010-10-18 +1 copiesJuly 17 20082008-07-17A padapuja ceremony under a white tent with floral-garlanded golden throne. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, with a rudraksha mala and a white flower garland, sits on the gilded peetha and smiles while an older woman in a white sari bows with her head touching the figure's feet. Before the throne, a man in a white shirt bends forward over a gold tray holding pink and red flowers. On the left, a bald priest in white dhoti with a flower garland stands. On the right, a man in orange kurta with a saffron shawl and a garland looks on. Garlands in red, yellow and green drape the throne backdrop.2011-07-15A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back dark hair, wearing a multicolour marigold and rose garland and gold bangles, sits on a gilded throne decorated with a large floral garland in red, yellow, purple and white. Below the throne, devotees in white and cream attire offer flowers and sweets, with heaps of white cloth and marigold petals on the floor. A man in white dhoti with gold border holds a folded-hand namaskaram toward the seated figure, and women in white and red saris stand nearby holding offerings. The setting is a red-draped hall with gold ornamentation.2012-01-01July 17 20082008-07-17A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, wearing a long marigold garland and a white-and-red flower garland, with long swept-back hair. Three women and a young man kneel before him performing a padapuja: a woman in a white blouse and a woman in a cream sari hold a silver plate and pour water over his feet, while a young man in white and an orange shawl kneels at right. Behind them are stacked books, red apples and a water bottle on a white-covered table, and a peach wall with white tiles. The seated man has distinctive long hair, saffron robes and garlands, so he is a probable Swamiji (probable) in the ceremony as the page notes.2009-08-09December 25 20072007-12-25July 17 20082008-07-17January 13 20152015-01-13
