A photograph of an outdoor shrine set among dense green trees, with a silver-framed arched niche housing a black-faced statue draped in an orange cloth, a green backdrop, and garlands of yellow, orange, white and multicoloured flowers. The figure wears an orange turban and a rudraksha-style necklace, and holds a staff. Red-painted stones form a base beneath the shrine, with a brass pot, plates of flowers and white offerings placed before it. Around it, devotees in white dhotis and shirts and women in white and cream saris stand with hands raised in prayer, some touching the stone rail. Wooden posts and a rope barrier line the foreground. This appears to be a murti shrine under a banyan-type tree rather than a living person in the scene.

A photo of devotees gathered at an outdoor shrine under a leafy tree. A black-faced statue with a golden crown and orange garment, adorned with garlands of yellow, red and multicoloured flowers, stands at left, with a rudraksha-style bead necklace visible. A shaved-headed man in white dhoti and shirt stands near the statue with a brass lamp, while a man in a white shirt with his hands folded in prayer faces it, and a woman in a light sari stands at right. Offerings of white cloth bundles and flowers sit at the statue's base. Fencing and other people are visible in the background.

A priest in white dhoti and white shirt with a yellow shawl stands at the shrine, presenting offerings. Devotees stand and sit in front, including a woman in orange sari and women in green and yellow saris, while a man in dark t-shirt and older people in white clothes gather around. A standing blue-clad figure appears in the background.

Outdoor devotional scene beneath a dense canopy of leafy trees. On the left stands a gold-and-silver shrine with an arched silver frame housing a golden deity murti garlanded with purple, pink, white and yellow flower garlands and draped in an orange sash, with offerings and a tray set at its base. In front, a man in white clothes and a yellow shawl stands near a white-haired woman in white, and several devotees in white, orange and yellow saris and kurtas sit and stand along a wooden-fenced path, some with hands folded.

A golden deity murti in a silver-framed niche under shady trees is adorned with a red-orange headcloth, white and purple garlands and a jewelled necklace, with an orange cloth draped behind it. In the foreground a man in white clothes and a yellow shawl holds a brass lamp or bell over an offering plate near the base, while a seated man in yellow clothing tends a small flame nearby, and white cloth-wrapped offerings sit at the base. Two people are partially visible at the bottom edge with hands raised in greeting. Shiva worship with lamp offerings and garlanded abhishekam-style decoration.

A photograph outdoors beneath a large spreading banyan tree with hanging aerial roots. At the centre stands a dark stone statue of a robed sage wearing an orange-saffron shawl, an orange head wrap, and a long garland of yellow, orange and purple flowers. The statue stands within a carved silver-toned arch and rests on a dark stone base above a mound of red-orange painted rock, with a small stone plaque and a brass-edged platform in front. Four people stand or bow in devotion: a man in a pink shirt and grey trousers stands at left with hands folded, a man in a red shirt beside him stands with hands clasped, a man in a white shirt stands with hands together, another man in white bows forward toward the statue, and a woman in a yellow blouse at right presses her hands together in prayer with her head lowered. The scene is a devotional shrine setting. The statue is not a living person, so the a person field reflects a depiction of an unidentified sage.

A large crowd is visible behind them among the trees and a white building.

In the foreground a young man in white clothes with an orange collar stands beside the shrine, while a man in white shirt and white dhoti performs a puja with a lit oil lamp on a tray. Nearby a woman in a yellow-green sari and women in red and orange saris stand among the crowd, and many men in white shirts and dhotis wait behind a wooden railing in the dappled green setting.

On the left, a garlanded deity murti or statue sits within a silver arched shrine, draped in an orange cloth and wreathed with white, pink and yellow flower garlands. In the centre-right, a crowd of devotees stands in white ritual clothing; several men wear white dhotis and shirts, and a woman in a pale sari stands among them, hands folded in prayer. In the right foreground, a figure with long dark hair wears an orange robe and extends a hand toward the shrine, seen mostly from behind. Brightness and shade mix across the dense green foliage. Roughly two dozen people are visible.
