At centre, a figure with long dark swept-back hair wears a bright orange-saffron garment and a thick gold-and-beaded necklace of ceremonial garlands, appearing to be the subject of the procession. Beside them, a shaved-headed attendant in an orange cloth and beaded garland walks close. Around them men in white dhotis and shirts, one with a cloth draped over the shoulder, push through. A man in a brown checked shirt with an ID badge stands at left, and a man in white shirt at right gestures. Behind, a red-and-white canopy, banana leaves and temple buildings are visible. Swamiji (probable) appears in person; the central figure has long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and gold garlands.2011-12-20June 24 20142014-06-24 +1 copiesPhoto 11687444July 03 20142014-07-03Outdoor procession scene with a central man in reddish-brown dhoti and shawl wearing a heavy gold bead necklace and a long multicolour marigold and rose garland, smiling and holding his hands together at the waist. Around him, men in white dhotis and shirts and saffron-orange robes wear white jasmine and yellow marigold garlands. A bald man in orange and a bespectacled man in white with a gold chain stand nearby, and a golden ceremonial umbrella with hanging ornaments appears at upper right under palm trees and a clear sky.2013-11-11Outdoor procession scene with a central man in a maroon-red dhoti and shawl wearing a long rudraksha-style gold bead necklace and layered garlands of white jasmine and yellow-orange marigolds with red flowers. He is smiling and gesturing with his right hand toward a kneeling man in a white shirt whose forehead bears a tilak. Around him, men in white and saffron-orange robes, some with shaved heads, crowd close, and a gold-tipped ceremonial staff and a decorated canopy pole are visible overhead. Palm trees and a tiled roof are in the background. The central figure's appearance is consistent with a person candidate, but the cues are not distinctive enough to confirm.2013-11-11
