January 08 20062006-01-08A photograph of a long-haired figure seated cross-legged on a low brick platform at sunrise or sunset, with a bright sun flare behind a tree and a brick wall. The person wears an all-saffron orange robe with a red-orange undershirt and a layered string of pale pink and gold beads with a central pendant. Hands rest together in the lap and the face is lifted upward in a meditative pose. Probable Swamiji by visible cues: long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and ornate beaded necklace. Setting resembles a brick ruin at a riverside or pilgrimage site.2006-01-08January 08 20062006-01-08January 08 20062006-01-08A man stands in profile on a wet brick-paved path among low ancient brick ruins with grass growing between them. He wears an orange saffron robe draped over one shoulder with a leopard-print shawl, a dark rudraksha mala around his neck, and a bun of hair with a small beaded band on top. He wears orange-brown sandals. Behind him is a white building with a small saffron flag on its roof and a line of trees under an overcast sky.2011-09-01 +1 copiesA seated man in orange robes and an orange turban sits barefoot on a large grey rock outdoors, hands folded in his lap, gazing to the side. Long dark hair falls past his shoulders, a small red mark is on his forehead, and a long rudraksha mala of brown beads hangs across his chest. Trees, boulders and green plants surround him.2006-10-10A man with long dark hair and a red bindi with a white forehead mark walks along a paved path outdoors, wearing a sleeveless saffron-orange sanyasi robe wrapped over one shoulder and an orange dhoti. A tree with green foliage stands behind him, with a pink building, parked scooters and a metal railing nearby. A partial figure in orange clothing appears at the right edge. Appearance cues are consistent with the page's Swamiji (probable) label: long swept-back hair, saffron-orange robes and a forehead mark, with no crown, mala or gold ornaments visible.2010-02-04A photograph of a barefoot man in flowing saffron-orange robes walking past a stack of cut granite blocks beside a red pillar and a pale orange building wall, with green trees and dry grass behind. He wears a rudraksha mala in his right hand, and long dark hair swept back falls past his shoulders. A distinctive appearance with long swept-back hair, saffron robes and rudraksha beads matches the page's Swamiji reference, so this is a probable Swamiji candidate present in person, walking outdoors at the ashram site.2004-07-02A man sits cross-legged barefoot on a grey rock in a green wooded setting. He wears an orange turban, orange shawl draped over one shoulder and bare shoulder, orange cloth clothing, and a long rudraksha mala hanging across his chest. He has a red bindi on his forehead and his hands rest in his lap, looking off to the side. Sunlit leaves and tree trunks surround him. A small purple and white bird logo appears in the upper left corner. He has long dark hair swept back under the turban, with distinctive orange and rudraksha cues matching the Swamiji (probable) appearance.2006-10-10March 01 20092009-03-01A man stands in profile on a terracotta-tiled path beside an excavated brick ruin with grassy steps and puddles. He wears a saffron-orange sleeveless robe with a leopard-print shawl draped over one shoulder, a long rudraksha mala around his neck, and a topknot bun with a small orange band. He wears orange dhoti-style trousers and orange-strapped sandals. Behind him stands a white building with a Buddhist flag on its roof and green trees.2011-09-01A barefoot man in saffron-orange robes with a maroon border walks along a dirt path beneath a large banyan tree with hanging aerial roots. He wears a long rudraksha mala across his chest and a red tilak on his forehead, looking downward. A low curved stone bench lines the path, with sandy mounds and a small shrine-like structure visible behind. Another person stands at the far right edge in white. The cues here are a rudraksha mala and saffron robes but the face and presentation are not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the figure is described by role as a sannyasi.2011-03-05
