June 26 20172017-06-26A seated figure in a rust-red robe on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, wearing a long white and pink garland, a gold pendant necklace and beaded bracelets. The feet are being attended to: a woman in a white sari with a red and gold shawl sits at left, and a person in white at right, both at a platter of flowers. A striped multicolour cloth covers the platform. This looks like a padapuja, but the figure is only partly visible and the robe is not a clear appearance match for an identified person, so the identity is left unsure.2017-06-26Close-up photograph of a seated figure on a gold-and-red throne with red cushions, wearing a rust-orange dhoti and a multi-coloured garland of white, pink and purple flowers, with bare feet resting on a silver tray of flowers and fruit. Beside the throne, a shaved-headed man in white dhoti with bare chest, rudraksha mala and white sacred ash markings holds a silver plate with flowers, camphor and a small brass item. A second bare-chested man with rudraksha malas sits behind him. On the left, a woman in cream and gold sari sits with hands folded on a striped multi-coloured mat.2017-06-26June 26 20172017-06-26May 20 20122012-05-20A seated man in a deep maroon robe sits on a red cushioned throne backed by an ornate gold scalloped panel, wearing layered yellow and pink flower garlands, a gold pendant and gold necklaces, with a tilak on his forehead and a rudraksha bracelet on his wrist. Before him, a bare-chested elder with white hair bends to wash his feet on a brass plate decorated with marigolds, roses and jasmine garlands, while a younger attendant in a white sari stands at the right and another attendant in white pours or offers from the left. This is a padapuja-style foot ritual in a temple or ashram hall.2017-07-08February 20 20132013-02-20A man seated on an ornate golden throne with red cushions, wearing a saffron-red robe, a gold pendant necklace, gold armbands and a long white-and-purple flower garland, with a vertical tilak on his forehead. A woman in a white sari with gold border and red shawl sits at left holding a silver tray with offerings, and a bare-chested priest with white-marked torso kneels at right pouring liquid from a vessel. Behind them stand a bronze statue of a standing figure and a golden carved arch on a stage backdrop with red-and-black tiered seating. Flower offerings lie at the throne's base. The man is a probable Swamiji by appearance cues: long swept-back hair, saffron-red clothing, gold ornaments and garland, seated on a throne.2017-06-26A seated figure in a rust-red robe sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne, a long pink-and-white flower garland hanging to the lap. Two women in white sarees sit barefoot on the platform before him; the woman on the left holds a small silver bowl and the woman on the right holds a silver tray with a flower, offering flowers and worship items. A silver plate of pink and red flowers and white blossoms rests on a leopard-print cloth at his feet, with a brass lamp stand beside it. The stone plaque on the platform bears an inscription partly legible. Visible people: three, the seated figure and two attendants, with only legs and hands of the seated figure shown.2017-07-17May 02 20142014-05-02A man seated on an ornate gold-and-red throne with a carved gilt back, wearing a saffron-red robe, a white and purple flower garland, a gold pendant necklace and a rudraksha mala, with a tilak on his forehead and gold armbands.
