Strings of triangular bunting in many colours and orange and blue balloons hang along the front. A silver Ford SUV with its door open is parked in front, and a man in white dhoti and orange shawl stands beside it. Two other people in orange and white clothing stand near the doorway. Small shoes lie on the ground, and a low concrete-edged planter sits at left.2007-08-15February 24 20072007-02-24December 20 20092009-12-20Outdoor photo at a dirt-yard compound with pale pink and white buildings under corrugated metal roofs. A silver Ford SUV is parked in the center while a group of about a dozen people in white dhotis and kurtas gathers beside it. One figure in a saffron-orange robe stands near the vehicle's open rear door, and another saffron-robed person stands at the left under a colourful umbrella held by an attendant in white. A roadside banner on the right shows a smiling woman's portrait with Tamil script. Several people in white stand near the doorway of the building.2009-02-05Outdoor photograph of a dry, dusty open ground beside a small white single-storey building with a banana-plant entrance and a framed picture on its wall. Several vehicles are parked: a silver SUV, a white pickup and a blue minibus. A group of about ten people stand in loose clusters, some in white dhotis and shirts, others in lungis and casual clothes, with a man on a motorcycle and a bicycle nearby. Behind them rise dry brown hills under a cloudy sky, with a leafy tree in the middle ground.2008-07-29Outdoor photo at a dusty site in front of a white single-storey building with banana plants and a silver SUV parked to the left. A central figure in an orange-saffron robe with a white flower garland, bare-footed, reaches up to a tall red-brown pole or flagstaff while others in white dhotis and kurtas assist and stand around. A man in an orange robe stands beside him, and a woman in a white sari with red border and another woman in white stand to the right with hands folded. Yellow flower petals are scattered on the ground at the pole's base. Appearance-based cues are not strong enough to confirm the identity of the central robed figure, so it is recorded as unsure.2008-07-29 +1 copiesDecember 29 20102010-12-29
