A covered concrete walkway runs beside an orange-painted building with dark wooden shutters, its corrugated roof supported by grey pillars. Strings of green leaves and saffron flags hang from the roof beams, and bundles of leaves lie at the pillar bases. Beyond the open side, a sandy ground holds colourful banners, and a single man in a white shirt and dark trousers stands at the edge of the path, looking toward the banners. Plastic chairs and a small table sit along the walkway near the entrance.
