A photograph of a ritual arrangement on a draped table at night. Central is a conical mound of golden-brown cloth draped with orange silk and adorned with a jeweled brooch, flowers and a red blossom, resembling a decorated deity murti or kalasha form. Several coconuts with leaves and sprigs of grass surround it on brass pots, one dressed with a green and gold skirt and red jeweled pendant, another with a blue cloth and emerald-style ornaments. Oil lamps burn with bright flames at left and front, and a hand holding a small vessel reaches in from the left beneath a yellow fringed parasol.
