September 13 20132013-09-13September 13 20132013-09-13 +1 copiesA seated man in saffron-red robes and a long rudraksha mala, with a white vibhuti marking on his forehead and a gold earring, places his hand on the head of a person seen from behind in a grey jacket with a blue lanyard. The seated man, with eyes closed and a smile, holds a folded white paper in his other hand. Behind him a gold ornamented backdrop and red velvet drapes frame the stage. A small microphone is clipped to his robe. Identity cues of a long hair knot, saffron robes and multiple rudraksha malas match a probable Swamiji, giving a blessing during a satsang setting. Two people are visible.2014-04-17A seated man in a rust-orange and gold-bordered saffron garment, wearing a long gold-bead and rudraksha-style necklace of gold bells, smiles as he places his right palm on the forehead of a younger man in a maroon t-shirt and a rudraksha mala, who holds his own hand raised beside his head. A gold ornate chair with red upholstery sits behind the seated man, and a warm wooden-paneled room with a lamp forms the setting. The scene suggests a blessing or energy transmission. Swamiji (probable) is seated in the chair, with long hair in a low bun, a gold-bell necklace and saffron-gold drapery.2014-01-11A seated man in a rust-red dhoti-style garment with bare upper torso, a red-and-white garland and rudraksha beads, and a white vertical tilak on his forehead, leans forward and places his right palm on the forehead of a kneeling devotee. The devotee wears a white shirt, an orange-saffron shawl, and a rudraksha mala, with his hands folded in anjali. Behind them stand floral garlands of red, yellow and orange flowers and a golden deity murti on a red tiger-striped cloth before deep burgundy drapes. A woman in the background wears a red bindi. The scene suggests a blessing exchange, possibly darshan. Appearance-based label: a person, with the seated figure wearing rudraksha beads and a rust-red garment in a throne setting.2014-09-28A smiling man in an orange saffron shawl and a gold ceremonial necklace sits on a red velvet cushioned seat in front of an ornate gold throne-like backdrop, with a red bindi on his forehead. He reaches forward to touch the head of a second man in a white shirt, who is seen from behind with his hand raised. Yellow marigold garlands and red fabric draped behind them. The seated man is identified only by appearance: a person, seated and blessing a devotee.2011-12-17 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated man in a red shawl over bare shoulders, wearing a long rudraksha mala and a sandalwood-paste tilak with a red dot on his forehead, smiling as he places a hand on the head of a man with dark hair who bends forward. Behind him a lit brass oil lamp burns on a stand beside gold drapery and a red velvet cushion. Two other people are partly visible in the foreground, one with a shaved head and one in an orange-and-green striped shirt. The scene resembles a blessing or darshan moment in a temple-like room.2011-07-17A seated man with long dark hair tied back, wearing an orange-and-gold draped garment, a gold-bead necklace and a layered mala with golden bell-like beads, raises his right arm to touch the forehead of a younger man with short hair who wears a maroon t-shirt and a rudraksha-style mala. Behind them a golden ornate throne back and a red cushioned seat are visible. The seated man is a person based on the long hair, orange draping and ornate gold-and-bead adornments, shown giving blessing to a devotee, the setting resembling a satsang blessing.2014-01-11September 08 20122012-09-08A seated man with swept-back dark hair and a red bindi sits on a red velvet throne with gold carved panels, smiling with eyes closed. He wears a deep red-pink shawl over his shoulders, a dark rudraksha mala, and a gold border visible at the chest. A man in a white shirt and white trousers, seen from behind and partly at the frame's right edge, raises his palms toward the seated man's forehead in a blessing gesture. A brass oil lamp stands behind them against a dark backdrop. Two people are visible.2011-07-18July 17 20112011-07-17A seated man in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and white sacred ash on his forehead, with a red kumkum dot, is blessed by a man in white clothing with a pearl-like necklace who extends his palm toward him. Behind them stands an ornate gold throne with carved gold scrollwork and a red velvet seat, with a painted deity mural in the background. The seated figure shows distinctive saffron robes and mala cues but his identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone, so this is a person depiction only in the sense of the page's claim, and the scene reads as a padapuja-style blessing.2011-11-26
