Several men work on large granite blocks scattered across a dusty floor: one crouches in a plaid shirt and checkered lungi chiselling a block, a man in a white cap sits nearby, and others in lungis and shirts sit or stand among the stones. A figure in an orange garment is visible further back near a raised stone platform. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable.A large open-sided shed with a pitched roof of corrugated sheets and steel columns and beams stands in a sandy yard lined with palm trees. Inside, several workers in simple clothes sit or stand among rough-cut pale stone blocks and rubble. One man in a white shirt and pink lungi stands in the centre, another in a brown shirt squats at lower left, and a few others sit near a wooden bench or stone pile. A small thatched hut is visible at the left edge, and a yellow cloth hangs from a pole at right. The scene looks like a stone-carving or quarry workshop.December 06 20072007-12-06A rustic thatched shelter with a dried-straw roof supported by rough wooden poles, open on the front and enclosed at the back by woven lattice bamboo walls. Inside stand stacked sacks, a few red and blue plastic buckets, a metal pot and a steel container on the ground. A white chicken walks on bare reddish-brown earth in front of the shed, with scattered straw and dried sticks on the ground. A small patch of green foliage and a palm tree appear in the background. No people are visible.2007-03-18KAILASA FAMILIA PORTUGUESA, PORTUGAL on 2/2/20182018-02-02 +1 copiesA man in a white and blue striped polo shirt and maroon lungi squats barefoot on a dusty floor, chiselling a plank with a wooden mallet and chisel. Wood shavings and offcuts surround him, with stacked timber and tools on the ground, a plastic bag, and a red and navy backpack against a concrete wall. A small orange thread is tied on his wrist.
