A stage ceremony where a long-haired sannyasi with dreadlocks and a rudraksha mala, bare-chested in a rust-orange cloth, bends forward to offer a wooden tray or vessel to a seated man in orange kurta and black trousers. The seated man, wearing a garland of white jasmine and red-yellow marigolds, is touching the offering with his hands. Beside him, an older man in red shirt and glasses, also garlanded, sits on a red cushioned seat. Behind them is a gold throne with lion-head carvings and a floral arch of marigolds and roses. A white-clad attendant stands at the right edge, and a microphone stands in front of the seated figures.2016-12-23December 23 20162016-12-23A stage ceremony with a tall gilded throne and a floral backdrop of red, yellow, green and white garlands. A seated man in an orange kurta bends forward with his head lowered while a bare-backed sannyasi with long dark matted hair and a rudraksha mala stands behind him and rests a hand on his shoulder. A man in white dhoti with gold borders holds a tray of fruit and offerings at right. A bespectacled older man in a red kurta with white and marigold garlands sits at left beside a microphone. A long-haired sannyasi in a rust-orange robe with long dreadlocks bends forward and extends his arm toward a seated man in an orange kurta and black trousers, who wears a white and orange flower garland and holds a metal bowl. A third man in a white dhoti with gold border and bare upper body stands at right holding a tray of fruit and sweets wrapped in plastic. A seated older man in glasses, red shirt and white trousers, also garlanded, sits at left beside a golden lion-decorated throne. A portrait of a smiling saffron-robed figure with red turban and rudraksha garlands appears at upper left. Nearly all visible clothing is orange, saffron and white.2016-12-23December 23 20162016-12-23A photo of a ceremonial honouring at an ashram. A bearded elderly man in orange saffron robes bows low with his head near the feet of a seated figure on a red cushioned seat. The seated figure wears dark maroon-brown clothing, a long rudraksha-style mala of red beads with gold ornaments, gold armlets and bangles, and has long dark hair piled high. Behind them stand men in white dhoti-style garments with yellow borders and cloth wraps. A golden throne-like canopy and a large arrangement of yellow, red and white flower garlands fill the background, with a gold deity figure visible above.2016-07-19A photograph of a ceremonial moment on a stage. A bearded man seated on an ornate gold and red throne wears saffron-orange robes, rudraksha malas, gold necklaces, white garland of flowers and a white tilak on his forehead; he extends his hand to a red and white flower garland. Two young men in saffron-orange dhotis stand beside him: the nearer one, bare-chested with rudraksha beads and a gold-toned tray in front, holds the garland tray; another stands behind. A tall golden trident stands between them, with blue stage lights and red drapes behind. Seated figure may be a person based on saffron clothing, ornate gold necklaces, rudraksha malas and a long swept-back hairstyle on a throne, presented as a seated honoured guest.2017-04-08July 03 20162016-07-03A photograph of a long-haired man seated on a richly decorated golden throne draped with a large arch of marigolds and roses in red, yellow, orange and purple. He wears an orange-saffron robe with a shawl, a multi-strand rudraksha mala with gold beads and a red flower garland, and gold bangles. A bare-chested figure is not clearly shown. To his left, a man in white dhoti with a yellow-bordered shawl and a younger man in a white shirt holding a brass plate of fruit and a sash stand before the throne, with an elderly man at the left edge. Red velvet curtains and a bald figure in white appear behind.
