The foot belongs to a person wearing a rust-orange cloth at the ankle, and a small brass or gold vessel stands among the petals. The tray sits on an intricately embossed silver table, with a carved silver pillar at right. This appears to be padapuja, the ritual worship of the feet. No face is visible and no identity is established from appearance, so no a person candidate is recorded.2018-02-13Close view of a ritual offering on a gold-toned tray: red, orange, pink and yellow flowers, including large yellow petals and rose-like blooms, scattered around silver vessels and a silver spoon. At the upper left, a bare foot with visible toes rests beside a gold-and-maroon silk garment, indicating a seated person offering flowers during puja. The silver bowls and ornate metal tray suggest abhishekam or puja worship.2013-09-14October 19 20132013-10-19Close-up photo of a ritual lingam or shivalinga being decorated with flowers in a temple setting. A man in a white dhoti and a red-brown beaded bracelet reaches toward a golden-toned lingam set on a silver-rimmed tray heaped with red roses, yellow roses, white flowers and green leaves. A bare-footed figure stands on a red floor at the left, and a person in a leopard-print and tiger-striped shawl sits at the right edge. The lingam and tray rest on a silver pedestal. No face is visible of the men shown, and no one is clearly identifiable as a person.2019-04-07Close-up photo of bare feet standing on a golden tray during a padapuja ritual, surrounded by red, pink, orange and yellow roses and yellow marigold petals arranged in a ring. Silver and brass bowls with flowers, a silver spoon and a small golden kalasha-style vessel sit around the tray. The feet belong to a person whose face is not visible, and no other people are shown.2013-10-04August 04 20142014-08-04Close-up photograph of a bare foot resting on a silver tray filled with flowers. The foot belongs to a person wearing a rust-orange cloth, visible at the top right. The tray holds red and yellow roses and white blossoms, with a small ornate gold-toned object placed among them. The silver tray sits on a silver-patterned surface with repoussé floral motifs, consistent with a foot-washing or padapuja offering. Blurred background of muted colours.2018-02-13
