In the foreground a bare-chested craftsman in white kneels beside a golden-brown carved figure, while another seated worker and a seated man in a plaid shirt are nearby. Several saffron-robed sannyasis stand in a line; one tall figure in a saffron wrap and saffron head covering stands with hands folded, and a few men in maroon and gold dhotis with rudraksha malas and tilak marks stand beside him. Behind them are a golden deity statue, a gas cylinder, and stacked sculptures. A person at the right edge holds a red folder.2014-11-21October 12 20142014-10-12July 14 20132013-07-14November 21 20142014-11-21A photograph inside a large open-sided workshop with a corrugated roof and fluorescent tube lights, where bronze and metal statues are being worked on. In the foreground a man in a maroon and gold-bordered dhoti and shawl with a long rudraksha-style beaded necklace walks barefoot across a brick-paved floor, his long hair tied back. Behind him, several men in orange robes and saffron turbans or caps walk together, along with men in white shirts and dhotis. A bronze Nataraja dancing Shiva statue with a flaming arch stands on a red pedestal at right, beside other bronze deity figures and a seated figure under repair. A worker in white sits on the floor near the statues. Scattered tools, cables and a fire extinguisher are visible on the walls.2014-11-21Photograph inside a open-sided shed with lattice walls and a corrugated roof. Beside him, a saffron-robed sannyasi in an orange turban and orange wrap ties a mala and adjusts a cloth on a bare-chested man in white dhoti. Behind them stand a man in white shirt and dhoti and a white-clad attendant. On the left, bronze dancing figures and a deity murti stand on a low concrete platform.2007-08-09A smiling person in a saffron-orange robe stands under a corrugated roof, holding a small grey carved stone or metal figure in the left hand and a small object in the right. A thick multi-strand rudraksha mala with large brown beads hangs over the shoulders, and a red tilak marks the forehead. Behind them, a garland of marigolds in yellow, red, purple and white wraps a pillar. Another person in orange with a gold-bordered wrap stands in the background near a window and red curtain. The scene suggests a ritual preparation setting with flower garlands.2013-07-14A photograph in a large warehouse-like hall with a tiled floor and high windows. In the foreground a man in a maroon robe with broad gold-yellow borders wears a long gold bead necklace and a tilak on his forehead, holding a small object in one hand and gesturing as he speaks. Behind him a second man in a matching maroon and gold-bordered robe walks barefoot past rows of white metal barrier posts. The hall is filled with golden and bronze deity murti statues, wooden tables and crates. Several people in white clothes stand in the background near the walls.2014-08-24A photograph inside a rough open-sided shed with lattice walls and a corrugated roof, where bronze deity statues stand on a low concrete ledge at left. Five men gather in the room. Two in saffron-orange robes stand at centre: one wears an orange turban and an orange-saffron wrap with a rudraksha mala and gestures with his hand while speaking; another behind him wears an orange turban and a full beard. At right, a man with long swept-back dark hair and a rudraksha mala, dressed in a long orange robe, is smiling. A man in white shirt and dhoti stands at left and another in white dhoti stands behind the centre figures. Appearance-based candidate: a person, the man with long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala and orange robe, in a standing conversational role.2007-08-09A man in an orange saffron dhoti and shawl, with a red bindi on his forehead and a long rudraksha mala draped over his chest, holds up a small grey carved figure and speaks while looking down at it. He also holds a small metal object in his other hand. A woman in orange clothing stands behind him at right, and a second person is partly visible at left. Behind them is an orange-walled room with a metal roof, and a tall pillar at right is wrapped in a garland of yellow, purple and red flowers. The man has long swept-back hair, rudraksha beads and an orange shawl, which matches the page's cues, so this may be the Swamiji candidate, shown in person.2013-07-14
