Most people wear white clothing, and many women wear orange or saffron shawls and scarves. Many sit on orange mats on the floor, with water bottles, notebooks and a handbag visible in the foreground. Several attendees wear headphones and some hold pens and notepads. A woman in a dark maroon top and a woman in a black patterned top sit among the crowd. A small figure in an orange outfit appears at the top of the frame near the front of the room. Some people have hands folded and gaze forward toward the front of the hall.2010-09-09 +1 copiesSeptember 11 20152015-09-11December 14 20132013-12-14December 08 20132013-12-08October 27 20142014-10-27September 16 20142014-09-16December 10 20132013-12-10December 05 20132013-12-05December 03 20132013-12-03A large seated crowd fills an open-sided hall with a corrugated metal roof. Most people are women in white saris and white clothing, many wearing orange or red shawls and red-and-white beaded necklaces with ID lanyards. Several have white or ash markings on their foreheads. Behind them, rows of saffron-robed sadhus and monks sit in the background. At the far end, a golden deity murti or figure stands near a decorated altar with orange cloth and a small green tree. The atmosphere is a satsang or gathering at the Kumbh camp.2015-09-11
