A temple shrine with a gilded arch framing two large seated deity murtis dressed in red and maroon with garlands of white and orange flowers; one holds a trident-like staff and the other a conch. Behind them hangs a magenta and purple drape. In the foreground a priest in a white dhoti and gold necklace performs puja, pouring from a brass vessel over a ceremonial arrangement with a kalasha, flower garlands and oil lamps. To the right a smaller gilded niche shows a standing figure in red with a garland, and a brass lamp stands beside it.2012-04-23 +2 copiesA seated priest in white clothes and a yellow shawl performs a puja before a golden arched shrine holding two deity murti with crowns and garlands. In front, a tall sitting figure wears a red-orange turban, gold ornaments, a rudraksha-style garland and an orange sash, draped in marigold and red flower garlands. Brass lamps flank the shrine, and brass plates, kalasha-like vessels, cups and fruit sit on the stone platform, with an orange cloth on the ground. Only the priest is a physical person; the central figure is a statue.2009-12-13A seated priest in white dhoti and a yellow shawl sits at the lower left before a large shrine of two deity murtis under a golden arch with red curtains. The central figure wears an orange crown-like headdress, white pearl necklaces and carries a staff, while the figure beside wears a crescent-topped crown, a maroon and white garment and pearl garlands. Both stand on a blue draped base before a golden pedestal bearing a kalasha-like object, with red, yellow and white flower garlands, brass oil lamps on stands and a bowl of fruit in front.2010-06-30July 08 20102010-07-08December 13 20092009-12-13November 25 20092009-11-25December 13 20092009-12-13June 30 20102010-06-30June 12 20102010-06-12November 20 20122012-11-20June 12 20102010-06-12A photograph of a temple shrine with two large painted deity murtis standing side by side under a gilded arch, one with an orange turban and the other with a white crown, both wearing garlands of red and white flowers. A seated man in white dhoti and a yellow shawl sits at the lower left, holding a lamp and performing a puja before a golden kalasha or lingam-shaped vessel on a gold tray, with brass oil lamps, bowls of fruit and a small pink figure on a throne at the right. A devotee-style priest is present, with no clear identifying cues beyond ordinary white ritual clothing and a yellow shawl, so identity is uncertain.2010-06-30
