The murti wear gold crowns, yellow and pink embroidered garments, and garlands of white and multicoloured flowers; one holds a bow and another a weapon. Behind, two younger people in orange robes stand with hands folded in anjali mudra, and a seated man in orange with a beaded necklace watches. A fourth person in pink and white sits at the left edge. White walls and a small elephant-form murti with garland complete the scene.2007-11-09October 14 20072007-10-14November 09 20072007-11-09November 09 20072007-11-09May 25 20132013-05-25A photograph of a temple-style stage with painted pillars and a gold-framed ornate backdrop. Seated on a gold throne at left is a man in saffron-orange robes with a swept-back hairstyle; the presentation is consistent with a person, with a large throne, orange robes and an attendant nearby. In front of him a priest in orange cloth with white sacred ash marks on his arms and body holds a lamp toward the stage. At right, a gold-and-red throne holds a garlanded figure beside a seated man in white dhoti with a white turban, and a young girl in a blue skirt with a flower garland stands at the edge. A central deity murti decorated with yellow and purple garlands and a green cloth sits on a pink base, with brass lamps flanking the scene.2013-09-05 +1 copiesInside a temple, a man with long, voluminous curly hair and an orange saffron robe stands at right, back partly turned, pouring or applying liquid over a richly decorated deity murti. The murti is adorned with multicolour garlands of red, yellow, green and white flowers, a golden crown, a yellow cloth and a blue sash. Behind it stands an ornate gilded throne and a golden canopy with red-and-white fringed parasols. A framed portrait showing a robed figure in orange sits on the throne. At left, a younger man in an orange dhoti-style robe with a sacred thread stands beside a second parasol and offering vessels, with a multicoloured patterned hanging behind. The scene suggests an abhishekam or puja ritual.2007-11-09November 19 20102010-11-19 +1 copiesA photograph of a temple shrine adorned with garlands of red, orange, yellow and purple flowers. Two golden deity murtis sit on a raised seat: the left figure wears an orange turban and a rudraksha-style necklace, and the right figure wears a gold crown and ornate jewellery, with a gold kalasha-like object in front. A person in an orange-brown dress with yellow borders stands at the left, holding a lit oil lamp toward the murtis as part of a puja. Brass oil lamps stand at the edges of the frame. The person is dressed in orange and does not show distinctive a person cues strong enough to label them, so the a person field is unsure.2013-04-14September 03 20072007-09-03
