A large video-conference screen shows a grid of more than a dozen live participant windows, each labelled with a centre name such as Vancouver Bhuvaneshwar, Dubai Aadheenam, Mill Valley Vairavan, Houston Aadheenam, Surrey Canada, Melbourne Aadheenam, Washington DC Sripuram, Calgary Amarnath and Lochana North San Antonio. Participants sit on sofas or floors in homes and centres, many in white or saffron clothing, some with rudraksha malas and vibhuti. The bottom-right tile shows a figure seated on a golden throne in ornate saffron-and-gold garments, displayed on the screen rather than physically present.2015-06-15June 15 20152015-06-15 +1 copiesJune 14 20152015-06-14Photo 11694472 +1 copiesA large wall-mounted screen displays a grid of video-conference tiles showing devotees joining a satsang from many locations. Tiles show people seated on floors and chairs in rooms with shrines, deity images, flower garlands, and ritual items. Labels read Houston Kalahasti Aadheenam, Doncaster UK, Mill Valley-Vairavan Koil, Dubai Vaidyanatham, Charlotte Srisailam, Hyderabad Adheenam, Selayang Malaysia, Singapore Singapuram, Surrey Canada, and Washington DC Sripuram. In the Charlotte tile a man in white with a garland sits on a red-and-white rug. In the Singapore tile several people in white and red sit before a shrine of deity murtis. Each feed shows groups of devotees seated on the floor in white clothes, many in white, some in orange or saffron, attending a satsang or group session. Some rooms have a red or purple backdrop, a framed portrait or deity murti on a shrine, and a few people sit at laptops. A video-call display label marks each location. The grid is a photograph of the screen, so the people are physical participants across many rooms, with a large total visible crowd.2016-03-06 +1 copiesJuly 29 20132013-07-29A large video-conference grid displayed on a screen, showing a collage of many small live panels of people in home and ashram settings, labelled with handwritten or printed place signs such as Washington D.C. Sripuram, Guadeloupe, New Jersey, Vancouver Home, Houston North-West, Bangalore Whitefield, Brockley London, Turkey, St. Louis, Arunachala Tiruvannamalai and Anna Nagar. Many participants sit cross-legged on mats in saffron, orange, red and green clothes, some with ritual red and white markings, around puja items and flowers. In the bottom right panel, a man with a shaved head and saffron-orange robes with a gold necklace sits before a golden backdrop, with a rudraksha mala. This is a photograph of a screen showing a collage, so the physical people count refers only to people in the room, which is effectively none visible apart from a partial garment edge.2012-09-05A photograph of a large display screen showing a grid of video-call tiles, each a live feed from a different centre, with white captions naming locations such as St. Louis Aadheenam, Los Angeles Aadheenam, Dubai Aadheenam, Ponca City Oklahoma, Juarez Mexico, Morris Plains NY, San Diego, Seattle Aadheenam, Winnipeg Canada, Wellington New Zealand and Lochana North San Antonio. Participants sit cross-legged or on chairs in ashram-style rooms with framed pictures, cushions and flower garlands; several wear white, orange or saffron clothing. In the bottom right tile a man with a red-and-gold turban and a trident-marked orange shawl sits before a red curtain.2015-08-08September 29 20132013-09-29June 14 20152015-06-14A photograph of a screen showing a grid of video-conference tiles, each a live satsang room in a different centre. A tile labelled Ma Nithya Jnanananda shows a woman seated on a cushion near an empty chair. Several people are visible in the room tiles, with the total on screen exceeding twenty.2013-04-07
