November 25 20142014-11-25A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a long white and orange garland of marigolds and white flowers, wearing gold bangles, sits on a red cushioned seat before a golden lion-headed stand and a gold-latticed screen. Another devotee in saffron with rudraksha beads kneels and holds a silver tray of fresh flowers and green leaves, while a bald-headed attendant in saffron stands holding a tray of yellow lemons. A woman in a white sari with a red border and gold ornaments kneels offering flowers, and a woman in saffron with rudraksha mala holds a gold tray of lit oil lamps and packaged sweets. Silver trays with lemons, kumkum and flowers sit on the red carpet, and two framed photographs hang on the back wall.2014-11-25November 10 20152015-11-10A seated bald-headed man in saffron-orange robes wears a long white and red floral garland with a small cluster of yellow-green fruits, and gestures with an open right hand toward a golden lamp-lit tray. A standing young man in rust-orange dhoti and shawl, with a rudraksha mala, stands behind him. Two women in white and saffron saris hold trays: one with a brass plate of lit oil lamps, the other a steel dish and covered vessel. A young man in white dhoti and rudraksha mala holds a tray of wrapped sweets at lower right. Gold carved panels and a red carpet fill the background, with a standing fan and framed photos on the wall. A swami-like figure with a probable appearance-based identification is present, and the scene appears to be an aarti offering in a temple-style hall.2014-11-25November 25 20142014-11-25A photograph of a seated figure in an orange-red robe and red turban, wearing a long white and orange garland and gold bangles, sitting on a red throne cushioned with a large floral arrangement of orange, yellow, white and multicoloured blooms. A bald priest in a reddish-brown dhoti with a gold border stands at left holding a wooden tray of oranges and offerings. A young boy in a white dhoti with gold borders leans in from the right to offer something to the seated figure, who smiles. Two women in white saris stand at right, one with a black beaded mala and red-brown shawl, the other with a vibhuti forehead mark and beaded necklace. A golden deity murti and flower garlands are visible in the background, with brass oil lamps near the throne. Kind of ritual honouring at a satsang setting.2015-06-02 +1 copiesPhoto of a ceremonial offering at a temple-style setting. A woman in a white sari with a yellow shawl and red bindi holds a silver tray of apples and sweets, looking down. Beside her, a bald man in orange robes and gold beaded necklace stands. In the foreground, a smiling man with long dark hair, wearing an orange robe and a white and yellow flower garland with a red floral and green leaf adornment, reaches toward the tray. Behind them are a silver pot, gold ornate decorations and a golden deity emblem.2010-12-29November 10 20152015-11-10Photograph inside a shrine room at an ashram. A seated figure in an orange turban, orange-saffron garments, a white and yellow flower garland and red beaded necklaces leans forward to offer a fruit to a kneeling man in a red t-shirt and glasses, who receives it with folded hands. Behind them, a woman in white with a tilak and a woman in an orange and cream sari with a gold border stand by. Brass oil lamps, a decorated deity murti area with flower garlands, and brass plates with offerings sit in front. Several people are visible; the seated figure is an appearance-based a person candidate.2015-06-02A photograph inside an indoor hall during a devotional offering. A long-haired figure in orange-red robes sits on a gold and red throne with a zebra-striped cushion, a rudraksha mala and gold necklace visible, and extends a hand toward a brass tray. A woman in an orange-red sari and a bald-headed man in orange robes with a white tilak and rudraksha beads stand nearby holding trays of fruit and sweets. A woman in a colourful embroidered blouse and orange sari with flowers in her hair, seen from behind, presents an offering. Several other people stand in the background. Appearance-based probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala and gold necklace, orange-red robes, seated on a throne.2012-07-09November 10 20152015-11-10July 31 20152015-07-31
