Multiple white and orange flower garlands lie across the throne and a gold tray. Several people stand or kneel nearby: a young girl in a pink top offers apples, a girl in a black-and-white patterned dress and red shawl sits beside him holding apples, and a man in a striped shirt stands at the right. A red carpet covers the floor and pink towels rest on the throne. Probable Swamiji is the seated central figure with long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha-style gold beads and ceremonial garlands, receiving fruit offerings from devotees.2016-04-26A seated figure in a rust-orange saffron robe and matching turban sits on a gilded throne with an ornate golden arched backdrop. A yellow marigold garland hangs around his neck with white flowers, and he wears a beaded necklace and wrist bands. A leopard-print cushion and a golden lion-head sculpture sit beside the throne. An older man in a light grey shirt bends forward, offering something to a small child in a white top who holds out a red apple toward the seated figure. A decorated painted panel with deity figures stands behind. Appearance-based label: a person, in person, seated on the throne receiving a visitor's offering.2016-05-18 +1 copiesJanuary 13 20152015-01-13August 24 20172017-08-24A seated figure in a rust-orange robe and a tall black turban, with a long beard, rudraksha malas across the chest and arms and a gold chain, sits on a leopard-print throne with a golden lion sculpture and an ornate gold backdrop behind. He holds out a red-tinted offering and a fruit toward a bare-chested devotee kneeling before him in white dhoti with sandalwood markings, rudraksha mala and bangles. A woman in a red sari with rudraksha garlands stands behind the devotee, and a man in white is partly visible at left. A hanging brass bell and string lights hang in the background. The scene appears to be a devotional offering or darshan.2018-03-25A photograph inside a dark-walled shrine room with a golden throne in the upper left, flanked by gold lion figures and a tiger-striped cushion at the base. A seated man in a dark red robe wears a gold crown, a pink-and-white garland, and gold ornaments, with his hands resting on his lap, while two devotees sit cross-legged on the right in white and orange clothing with rudraksha malas, one holding folded hands. Brass oil lamps and hanging bells decorate the ceiling, and a brass tray with flower petals and offerings sits in front of them. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, a crown, ornate gold necklace and a ceremonial red robe on the throne.2017-07-29March 25 20182018-03-25
