Inside a stone temple shrine, two large painted deity statues stand behind an altar: the left one holds a trident and wears a red turban and gold crown-like headdress, the right one wears a golden crown and multiple garlands. In front, a seated priest in orange-red robes with a shaved head performs a puja, tending offerings on a silver tray near a lingam decorated with green garlands and rudraksha. To the right, a standing figure in orange cloth with long dark hair and a bare chest faces the altar, and beside him a small shrine holds a figure with long dark hair, a red-and-white garland and gold ornaments. Brass oil lamps flank the altar and the ornate golden arch frames the scene.2013-05-12A photograph inside a temple shrine showing a large painted statue of a seated deity couple with blue and green garments, trident, garlands of orange and marigold flowers, and ornate jewellery, set against an orange cloth backdrop with a gilded arch. A priest in a rust-coloured dhoti sits on the left with palms pressed together in namaskar, marked with white tilak. On the right, a figure with long dark hair in an orange shawl stands with back to the camera facing the shrine. Beside it stands a smaller figure in a white and gold headdress with garlands. In the foreground, a seated man in saffron-orange robes with his hands in anjali mudra faces the shrine, with brass oil lamps, kalasha-like metal vessels and offerings in front. A second man with long dark hair and an orange shawl, bare-chested with a rudraksha-style bead necklace, stands at right with hands folded. Kumkum on his forehead is visible.
