A seated man in an ornate golden-gilded throne receives a satsang setting. He wears a rust-orange robe with a gold-bordered cloth, a pink and white flower garland layered with gold bead ornaments, and a white tilak on his forehead. He sits in profile, looking to the right, one hand resting on the armrest. Behind him are red, yellow and white flower decorations, and a brass bell hangs from the ceiling at the upper right.2013-04-16A seated man in rust-orange robes sits on a gold-carved throne with lion-head armrests, draped with a white tiger-striped cloth. He wears a long pink-and-gold garland with gold beads, gold necklaces, and a white vertical tilak on his forehead, and rests one hand on the garland. Behind him is a backdrop of red, yellow and white flowers, and a hanging bell is visible at the upper right. Swamiji (probable): his long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklaces and garlanded orange robes match the cues for the teacher, so he is labelled as in person.2013-04-16A seated man in an orange-red saffron dhoti and wrap sits on a gilded golden throne flanked by carved golden lion heads. He wears a long rudraksha mala with ceremonial gold pendants, gold bangles and a gold armlet, with a white vertical mark on his forehead. Behind him a wall of garlands in yellow, white, magenta, purple and green flowers frames the throne. Brass oil lamps with lit flames stand beside him, and a second figure in an orange turban sits on a throne to the right. Offerings and brass vessels sit on a tray in the lower right. The image is a photo of a seated spiritual teacher in a ceremonial setting. The appearance-based label is probable; the throne, garlands and saffron clothing are the cues.2015-02-19A seated man in an orange-brown robe sits before an ornate gold throne-back with carved floral motifs, wearing a floral garland of white jasmine, pink and red roses, and yellow marigolds over gold bead necklaces. He wears a red bindi and white tilak, gold earrings, gold bangles and rings, and holds a small object in one hand while a green parakeet perches on his arm. In front of him sits a polished steel bowl on a green banana leaf. The man is shown as a probable Swamiji by the presentation cues: long swept-back hair, saffron-toned ornate clothing, gold necklaces and a rudraksha-style garland, seated on a throne.2013-04-23April 23 20132013-04-23 +2 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19February 19 20152015-02-19October 24 20152015-10-24February 06 20142014-02-06A photograph of a smiling person with shoulder-length dark hair and a red bindi, seated on an ornate cream throne with gold lion-head armrests. In front of him are large polished gold lion-head ornaments on a throne-like seat, with a golden umbrella with ornate fringe visible behind. Only one person is visible.
