A photograph of a ritual blessing in a temple-like hall. A long-haired man in an orange saffron robe with a gold-toned necklace, rudraksha-style beaded malas, and gold armlets places his right hand on the head of a seated, bespectacled older man in a white shirt. The orange-robed figure holds a folded white paper in his left hand and smiles. Behind them, priests in white dhotis and orange garments stand, a decorated altar with a red throne-like seat glows in the background, and a tray of small objects sits at lower right. Swamiji (probable): the long, swept-back hair, saffron robe, ornate gold necklace and beaded malas fit the page's Swamiji attribution, so this is an appearance-based candidate.2012-04-14Indoor satsang scene in a hall with a red curtain and ceiling fans. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes, rudraksha beads, heavy gold necklaces and bracelets, with white and red forehead markings, holds a sheet of paper and looks down while a grey-haired devotee in a cream shirt bows forward, head lowered. Behind them a shaved-headed young man in orange cloth with beaded necklaces places a hand on the devotee's head, and other people stand in the background, including a woman in a white sari.2012-09-15A photograph of a devotee with grey hair bowing forward with palms pressed together while a smiling man in saffron-orange robes and a gold necklace with rudraksha malas places his right hand on the devotee's head in blessing. The blessing man has long swept-back dark hair and a gold-and-bead ornament, and the devotee wears a white shirt with a rudraksha mala. Beside them a man in white clothes stands with hands folded, and other people in white and light-coloured clothing gather in a bright hall with pink walls and orange lamps. The blessing figure fits the a person appearance cues of long hair, saffron clothing and ornate gold and rudraksha adornment, performing a blessing as a sannyasi.2012-04-14April 14 20122012-04-14A photo of a long-haired man in saffron-orange robes and a white forehead band with a red bindi, wearing multi-strand beaded necklaces, a gold pendant and beaded armlets. He raises his right hand in a blessing gesture, touching the head of an older man in white who stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. Behind them a younger man, a boy and another older man in white stand near a decorated stage with orange and gold drapes, a red arched backdrop and flower garlands. Presence of a probable Swamiji is indicated by the orange robes, long hair, rudraksha-style beaded mala and ceremonial gold necklace, though his face is not used for identification. The setting suggests a blessing or darshan moment at an indoor programme.2012-09-21January 08 20122012-01-08Indoor photo of a long-haired man in a red and orange dhoti-style wrap, gold chain necklaces, multiple beaded bangles and a red bindi, bare-chested, lowering his right palm onto the head of a devotee who bows with hands pressed together. Swamiji (probable): the central figure has long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklaces and a saffron-red wrap, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji at this event. Around him, a bespectacled saffron-robed sannyasi with tripundra marks and a white-clad elderly man with folded hands watch, while other devotees stand in the background of a hall with ceiling lights and a projection screen.2011-12-05November 02 20112011-11-02A long-haired man in an orange saffron garment with a maroon border stands at the centre, extending his right hand to touch the head of a devotee bowed in front of him. He wears a rudraksha mala, a gold pendant on a red cord, ornate gold necklaces and a gold armlet. Around him, several men in white shirts and dhotis stand with hands joined in anjali or bowed in devotion, and a man in white holds a silver tray near the right edge. Colourful striped and yellow-orange hangings decorate the hall, and a projection screen is visible at the top. Swamiji (probable) is shown in the centre, identified by long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold ornaments, giving blessings to the devotee.2011-02-11A photograph inside a hall with white ceiling fans and a beige wall. A bare-chested man with long swept-back black hair, a white horizontal tilak and red bindi, wears an orange saffron wrap, multiple rudraksha malas, gold necklaces and gold armlets. He holds a folded white paper while placing his right palm on the head of a bowed devotee in a pink shirt with hands joined in prayer. Nearby, a shaved-headed man in white clothes and another in an orange wrap watch; a crowd of saffron-clad devotees stands behind. The dominant cues are consistent with a person, shown here performing a blessing.2012-09-15A photograph of an indoor ritual setting in which a long-haired figure in orange-saffron robes and layered gold-bead necklaces places a hand on the head of a devotee. The robed figure holds a folded white paper in one hand and stands beside a wooden box holding fruit and flowers.
