A group of saffron-robed sannyasis walks along a covered colonnaded veranda beside a plain cream wall and a row of black metal chairs. In the foreground a man with a saffron turban, a dark rudraksha mala and a red tilak walks forward with a slight smile, holding a mala in one hand. Behind him an elder with a shaved head wears a long orange robe and sandals, while a bearded sadhu on the left wears a gold pendant necklace and an orange robe. Several other men in orange and white dhotis follow along the walkway, and a green banana plant and a red-framed sign appear at the left edge.2008-12-30September 24 20122012-09-24Photograph of two men walking through a plain white interior corridor toward a dark wooden doorway. In the centre, a man in an orange robe wrapped around the body and an orange turban smiles while looking to the side, with long dark hair visible at the back of his neck. He appears to match a person by the orange clothing and turban, though the cues are not strongly distinctive. Beside him on the right, a man in a white kurta with an orange shawl and a rudraksha mala walks with a serious expression. A blurred figure in white and orange stands at the left edge, and another partially visible figure is at the far right.2006-09-17Photo of three saffron-robed sannyasis walking along a white colonnaded corridor with grey granite wainscoting, with flower garlands hanging on the pillars. In the foreground at right, a bald man in orange robes with a dark rudraksha mala is smiling and holding his drape. In the centre, a smiling man with long dark hair and a white-and-red forehead mark wears an orange saffron wrap, a heavy gold necklace and gold armbands, and walks forward holding his hands at his waist. Behind him, several men in matching orange robes carry tall silver-topped staffs, and a figure in the right foreground holds a silver vessel with a red flower garland. A woman in black with her palms pressed together stands at the left beside a metal railing. Swamiji (probable) is the central figure, shown with long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace and orange saffron clothing, leading the procession.2011-12-11 +1 copiesA procession outdoors near a whitewashed wall with a notice board.
