The central figure wears a saffron-orange turban and saffron-orange robe, with a long multi-strand garland of yellow marigolds, white jasmine and red flowers, and gold bangles; he smiles with hands clasped at his waist. The men flanking him wear bare chests or white dhotis; the man second from left wears a saffron-striped white shawl and a rudraksha mala, and the men on the right wear white dhotis with gold-bordered silk, bangles and sacred thread.2015-07-13Group photograph of six people standing in front of a gilded arched shrine with floral garlands and a deity murti on the left. From left: a bearded man in ochre robes and rudraksha mala; a man in a saffron-yellow shawl and orange garment with hands folded; a bald elderly man in saffron robes and yellow shawl; a young man bare-chested with a white dhoti and sacred thread; a bearded bare-chested man in white dhoti with an orange-and-gold cloth draped over his shoulder and a rudraksha mala; and a woman in a rust-red sari with a large garland, hands folded. Marigold and white garlands and rose petals are on the floor.2015-07-13A group of nine men stands on a white marble floor before a golden shrine arch decorated with marigold garlands and a deity murti with a crown. In the centre, a man in a deep orange-red robe and red turban wears a white flower garland and holds his hands together. Around him, men in saffron and orange robes and shawls stand beside men in white dhoti and angavastram. Brass oil lamps, a brass kalasha, bowls and a red-and-green striped mat sit in the foreground, and gold umbrellas hang above the shrine.2015-07-13A seated figure in an orange-red turban with a feather-like crest, wearing a white and red flower garland and a gold ceremonial necklace over orange-saffron robes, smiles while receiving an offering from a brass-lidded box held before him. Standing beside him, a man in a white shirt and rudraksha mala presses his palms together in greeting, while a shaved-headed priest in orange robes and a gold necklace stands nearby. Another man in white ritual clothes with a rudraksha mala holds his hands together, and more people are blurred in the background near stone pillars and a golden throne at right. The appearance-based label of the seated figure is Swamiji (probable), based on his orange turban, saffron robes, garlands and gold ornaments, though his identity is not certain.2012-05-12A ceremonial group stands on a raised platform in front of golden ornate thrones and a deity murti decorated with garlands. Several men wear saffron and orange robes, with one holding folded hands near the centre. Others wear white dhotis, some bare-chested with sacred threads, and a few wear red or orange turbans and marigold garlands. Beside them are brass vessels, a kalasha, lamps, fruit and flower offerings on a striped floor mat. Two gold parasols frame the thrones.2015-07-13A photograph inside a temple hall showing several saffron-robed men standing together beside a gilded palanquin. On the left, an elderly bare-chested sannyasi in orange cloth with a gold border and a crown-like headband touches his cheek. Next to him, a man in a rust-orange dhoti and shawl wears a long gold necklace, a gold headband and gold armlets, and holds his hands together in front of him. Two other men in orange robes with rudraksha malas and gold necklaces stand to the right, one with a small white cloth in hand and one with a shaved head. Behind them, devotees in white dhotis and shirts stand among temple pillars and a red-and-gold hanging. The taller figure in the centre, wearing a gold headband and long gold necklace with bare shoulders and swept-back hair, shows distinctive ceremonial cues, so this is a probable Swamiji candidate in person.2012-06-05May 12 20122012-05-12A bearded man in a red-orange turban and rust-red robe with gold trim stands centre on a red carpet, smiling, wearing a long white-and-pink flower garland and a gold necklace, with hands clasped at his chest. Around him, men in white dhotis with gold borders and saffron-orange shawls stand under a decorated canopy with green banana leaves and flowers. One man on the right holds a trident-topped staff, and a cameraman in a white dhoti films at left. Several men press palms together in respectful greeting at the right edge. The person in the centre is a person by appearance: a red-orange turban, gold ornaments and a flower garland, with attendants around him at a ceremonial event.2016-12-23Photograph of a temple procession at a golden palanquin decorated with garlands of pink and red flowers, carrying a silver-clad deity murti and a silver staff. Four prominent men stand in orange and saffron clothing in a stone pillared hall: an elderly man on the left in orange cloth with rudraksha mala and a bare upper body, a central man in orange wrap with ornate gold necklaces and a red-and-gold headband, and two men on the right with folded hands, one bearded with long hair, rudraksha malas and an orange robe, and the other clean-shaven and bald in orange with gold chains. Several more people in white clothes stand behind, with colourful banners and a bell visible above.2012-06-05
