September 30 20072007-09-30A photograph inside a bare, light-floored hall during a puja. In the foreground a man with long dark wavy hair and an orange shawl sits on an orange mat, smiling, holding out his hand toward an older man in a white shirt and white dhoti who stands bent forward, placing a pinch of a yellowish-green food into the seated man's palm from a steel plate. Behind them other people in white dhotis and white shirts sit or stand, some holding mala beads, and a microphone stand is at left. The seated man in orange has long hair and a distinctive bearing consistent with the page's claim that a person is present, though this is an appearance-based candidate with limited cues, so it is marked unsure. Several people are visible in the scene.2010-10-12A photograph of a serving ritual at an ashram event.
