October 23 20102010-10-23A seated man in orange-saffron robes sits on an ornate gold throne with carved golden armrests and a gilded canopy overhead, a microphone stand in front of him on a patterned red rug. Yellow marigold garlands hang on the crimson and pink draped backdrop, and white flower arrangements stand on the stage. The hall has a high translucent roof and maroon curtains at the left edge. Identity of the seated figure is not established from appearance alone; the figure's orange clothing and throne are consistent with a presiding teacher but the features are not distinctive enough to confirm.2009-12-20December 20 20092009-12-20A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, wearing an orange saffron shawl and a double-strand rudraksha mala with a central pendant, a bangle on his upper arm, hands folded in his lap. Two shaved-headed men in white and maroon-trimmed clothing sit at the lower edge facing him, partly visible. Behind the throne stand a gold lamp, a red drape, and a framed image of a deity on a pedestal, with flowers at the left edge. This matches the appearance-based cues of the described a person.2011-02-25A man seated on an ornate golden throne with a red velvet cushioned seat and a large gilded arched backrest, in front of a deep blue draped curtain. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange robe, a long rudraksha mala around his neck, and a small red tilak on his forehead. He holds a small white card in one hand and speaks into a microphone on a flexible stand, looking off to the side. A gilded platform supports the throne. Appearance-based cues including long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha mala and a ceremonial throne match the Swamiji (probable) candidate, though the face is not used for identification.2010-10-19A seated man in orange saffron robes and a long rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet cushion and a gold lion-shaped armrest, beneath a gold canopy with leaf-like pendants. He smiles and holds his hands together in his lap, wearing gold bracelets. A bindi-like mark is on his forehead. Beside him are a tripod-mounted camera, a small monitor and a blue-draped table with a laptop, in a plain room with white curtains and a plastic chair. The scene suggests a live talk setting. Swamiji (probable): a long-haired figure in saffron robes with rudraksha mala and gold ornaments seated on a gold throne.2010-09-20A man seated on an ornate gold-and-red throne, wearing an orange saffron robe and a long rudraksha mala with a red bindi, hands folded in his lap. He has long swept-back dark hair and a calm expression. Behind him is a backdrop with painted deity imagery, lamps and a golden kalasha-like ornament. Seated devotees with long hair and light clothing are in the foreground at the bottom edge of the frame. The image is a photo of a satsang or public talk, with the swamiji candidate identified by appearance cues: long swept-back hair, saffron robe, and rudraksha mala on a ceremonial throne.2010-10-26A photograph of a man seated cross-legged on an ornate golden throne with red cushions, speaking at a microphone on a stage with dark blue draped curtains. He wears an orange-saffron robe, a leopard-print shawl over his shoulders, and a dark beaded rudraksha mala around his neck. His long dark hair falls past his shoulders and he has a red forehead mark. Hands are clasped gently in front of him and he is bare-footed. Flower garlands appear at the lower edge of the stage.2010-12-02September 17 20102010-09-17A photograph of a seated man on a red-backed throne with a gold lion sculpture and tiger-striped cushions. He wears an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, a long white and orange flower garland, and his hair is tied up. He smiles and rests a hand on his knee. Beside him a bald man in orange robes holds up a tablet device to photograph. A red carpet, potted greenery and a gold framed panel decorate the hall. Two more people in orange sit at the lower right. Probable Swamiji cues: long hair tied up, saffron clothing and a flower garland on a throne setting.2012-12-10December 20 20092009-12-20 +1 copiesNovember 18 20092009-11-18
