Night-time photo of a large outdoor public gathering queued between bamboo barricades on a blue mat with a red carpet runner. Many people in white shirts and dhotis mix with women in saris in green, pink, orange and blue, some with head coverings. A white stage canopy with lights stands in the background, and a red tent awning is at left. Foreground figures are blurred in motion, and one man has a tilak on his forehead. The crowd is too dense and blurred for individual identification, so no candidate for a person is clearly visible.
