A long-haired figure in a flowing saffron-orange garment and a necklace of golden bead-like beads pours water from a large engraved silver vessel over their own head, as liquid splashes around them. A second person in white clothing stands behind on the left. Beside the figure on the right is a tall golden-brown linga-shaped stone or pillar. A dark background and a carved stone element at upper left complete the scene.

A figure in an orange saffron garment with long, swept-back curly hair and a long strand of gold-tone beads around the neck raises one hand upward while holding a large embossed silver pot at the hip, apparently pouring or sprinkling liquid at a stone lingam. Liquid spray is visible in the air. A second person in white ordinary clothes stands behind, partly visible at left. Stone carvings line the top of the frame and a carved stone figure appears at lower left, in a temple-like setting with a dark background. Given the cues of long hair, saffron clothing and gold beads, the saffron-clothed figure is a probable Swamiji performing a linga abhishekam, a ritual bathing of the lingam.

A man with long, voluminous curly dark hair and a white horizontal tilak on his forehead, wearing an orange saffron wrap and multiple gold ornate beaded necklaces, holds a large ornate silver kalasha vessel with both hands and pours water from it during an abhishekam. He looks downward in concentration. Behind him to the left, a younger man in a white garment with an orange sash and a red bindi stands in the dark background.

A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes and a gold rudraksha-style mala pours liquid from a silver vessel over a dark stone shivalinga on a stone pedestal, as abhishekam, with liquid splashing and running down the base. A second man in orange with a similar mala stands to the right holding a silver pot, and a third figure in orange is partly visible at the left. A red tilak marks the forehead of the pouring man.

A photograph of a ritual abhishekam at night. A man with long, swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and white tilak, wearing an orange saffron garment and a gold bead necklace, pours milk from a silver vessel over a white marble deity murti. Splashing liquid runs down the white statue. A second man in orange robes with a beard stands behind him, and other orange-clad devotees are partly visible at the right and left edges. A dark stone basin or pedestal is in the foreground right.

A photo of a linga abhishekam at night. A man with long, voluminous curly hair and a red tilak on his forehead stands at the centre, wearing saffron-orange robes and a gold bead necklace, and pours water from a brass vessel over a dark stone linga on a black pedestal. Two more men in orange robes stand behind and beside him, one tending the linga. Water streams down the linga and pools on the base, and a lamp glints in the background. Dim light and a warm orange palette dominate the scene.

Close photograph of a long-haired man in saffron-orange sleeveless robes and a draped orange shawl, wearing a heavy gold bead necklace and a red bindi with white tilak on his forehead. He looks down and reaches toward a bright golden vessel at the right edge, appearing to perform a ritual offering. Another orange-clad figure is partly visible at the lower right, and the background is dark. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back curly hair, saffron robes and gold bead necklace, shown performing a ritual with a golden vessel.
