Blue-handled pliers grip the piece while the flame bursts from the torch. Specks of molten solder or metal are visible along the edges. No ritual setting, deity or a person is shown. The background is blurred earth and scattered gravel.2011-10-22A close photograph of a metalworker brazing copper pieces with a brass torch flame. A copper tube is held in blue-handled pliers while the orange flame melts solder along a curved copper sheet with gold-coloured joins. Partial hands are visible at the lower right and a rough concrete floor lies beneath. No a person or other people are clearly visible, only hands.2011-10-22Close-up photo of two craftsmen working on a copper sheet on the sandy ground. One man, seen from the knees down with bare feet, holds the copper piece steady with blue and red pliers, while the other man's hand directs a brass gas torch whose flame heats the copper. The copper is blackened and discoloured from heat, and a small metal bowl of white powder sits at the lower right. No deity, a person candidate or ritual setting is visible.2011-10-22December 27 20132013-12-27A photograph of a metal-working fire on bare ground. A tall orange flame rises from a bed of dark sheet-metal plates, with sparks flying upward. A glowing red-hot metal piece lies at the base of the fire, and a long rebar-like rod is held by a hand entering from the upper right to stir or tend the flames. Scattered stones and debris surround the scene. No people are fully visible beyond the hand, and no deity, saffron clothing or ritual setting appears in the image.2013-09-16A photograph of many rusty metal chisels or tool blades arranged in close rows on a pale, reflective metal surface. The tools have flat rectangular shafts with worn, mushroomed striking ends and tapered working tips, appearing as workshop or sculptor's tools. No people, deities or ritual activity are visible.2014-08-24October 25 20212021-10-25July 13 20132013-07-13 +1 copiesA photograph of a single man in a white short-sleeved shirt and checked shorts bending over on a muddy, waterlogged dirt track beside green bushes and trees. He appears to be working the wet soil with a tool at ground level. Shallow standing water and mud fill the track, and a wooden fence post stands at the right edge. No ritual setting, deity or a person depiction is visible in this scene.2021-09-20
