October 10 20102010-10-10March 03 20122012-03-03Two stacked photographs of a stage event. In the upper panel, a figure in a red draped robe with a cream head wrap stands on a gilded throne with a red cushion. Beside them, a man in orange robes holds papers, and a woman in a red sari bows low with hands folded. Behind them is a large painted face mask with red and gold details and floral garlands. In the lower panel, the figure in red stands on the same gilded throne, handing an object to a woman in a green shawl and white blouse, while the man in orange stands nearby and the mask backdrop remains. The layout suggests a collage of two moments from the same ceremony.2010-10-08Three-panel collage of a ceremonial reception in an orange-walled hall. A figure with long dark hair, wearing a crimson and gold robe and a rudraksha-style necklace, sits on an ornate red throne with gold trim. Men in saffron-orange robes stand behind, and a man in white kurta with a flower garland approaches with cupped hands and offers a brass plate of fruit and flowers. A devotee bows with folded hands. A banner in the background reads Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam. Swamiji (probable) is seated on the throne with long swept-back hair, crimson-gold robe and rudraksha cues.2011-11-06October 11 20102010-10-11A three-panel collage of temple scenes. The large left panel shows a man with a saffron turban, saffron robe and white-and-blue flower garland seated on a gold throne with red cushions, a deity murti with red and gold ornaments and a flower garland behind him. A young girl in a pink top kneels before him with hands folded, while a kneeling man in white with a yellow shawl bows at his feet. The top-right panel is a close-up of a woman with long auburn hair and a rudraksha bracelet, hands pressed together in prayer near offerings. The bottom-right panel shows a crowd of men in white and saffron, a man in a red-and-gold shawl with palms joined, and a woman in a saffron shawl with a brass plate of offerings. The collage contains several photographs of people, but the people shown here are not all physically present in one scene.2010-07-31A photograph of a ceremonial reception on a red carpet in a hall with red and gold drapes and floral garlands. A seated figure in orange-saffron robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion, a few people in white and saffron clothing, and a woman in a peach sari with a long plait stand nearby. A young boy in a white shirt and grey shorts stands before the seated figure, while an attendant in white shirt and a man in a light blue shirt lean in, and a hand is raised in blessing. Several people in white, saffron and pink attire surround the scene.2009-02-15A photograph of a ceremonial scene inside a temple hall. A woman with long dark hair, wearing an orange-saffron garment, sits on an ornate gold throne with a carved backrest and bare feet resting on a gold footstool. A small girl in a pink and green dress leans forward to offer something to her, while a man in white ritual dress with a red-and-white shawl stands bending toward the girl. Behind them a man in white kneels or bows, and others in white stand along the side. Gold trays and flower garlands are visible on the floor in front of the throne, and a red carpet covers the platform.2010-09-03October 19 20102010-10-19 +1 copiesNovember 07 20112011-11-07 +1 copiesA standing figure in a green garment with an orange-and-yellow turban hands a white envelope or paper down from a gold-and-red throne decorated with yellow, purple and white flower garlands. A woman in a gold-bordered green and black saree leans in to receive it, and a large backdrop shows a painted deity figure with a red face, gold crown and ornate jewellery, under a red and gold canopy. The figure's appearance is not distinctive enough to establish identity, so this is recorded as an uncertain candidate in a role of presenter.2010-10-13December 03 20102010-12-03
