In the centre, a man in a saffron-orange robe draped over one shoulder and a red vertical mark on his forehead gestures with one hand raised to his head, mid-conversation. Beside him a younger man in white kurta and white trousers wears a rudraksha mala and holds a folded booklet. A moustached man in white kurta stands with arms crossed at left, and an older bearded man in white, with a lanyard and a small object in his hand, walks at right. Potted plants and other people in the background complete the scene. The saffron-robed man shows distinctive orange robes, a rudraksha-style necklace is worn by the younger man, and the context supports a person candidate in the orange robe.2006-12-16Photograph of a group walking across a paved stone courtyard beside a light-coloured building with steps. In the foreground two men walk side by side: the one on the left wears white ritual clothes, a saffron-orange shawl, a long beard and a rudraksha mala, and the one on the right wears white clothes with a saffron-orange shawl and a mala, with his hands folded at his waist. Behind them a man in a white shirt and grey trousers walks, and further back several other men in white dhotis and shirts follow. On the far left a woman in a white and pink sari with a pink shawl walks barefoot. Two men in the rear also wear white. a person cues: the figure on the right has long swept-back hair and a rudraksha mala, with saffron shawl and white ritual clothing, but identity is uncertain from appearance alone.November 24 20062006-11-24Crowded indoor hall with a concrete floor and white-walled pillars, where many men in white kurta-style clothes and white dhotis mill around. In the centre, a man in a full saffron-orange robe with a bright orange turban and a long rudraksha mala holds a steel bowl of food, while others in white and orange scarves stand nearby.
