A night photograph of a floral-decorated golden throne platform set in water, with a central seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a red-and-white garland, flanked by attendants in orange and saffron clothing. Two attendants on the left and right wear orange robes and gold necklaces; one kneels holding a metal bowl. Around the platform, about a dozen people stand waist-deep in water wearing white clothes and yellow sashes, some reaching toward the platform. Marigold and red flower garlands drape the platform backdrop, and small lights and a crowd in white stand on the steps behind. The seated central figure's appearance does not clearly match the a person cues, so the identity is uncertain.
