Photograph of a seated, smiling man in rust-orange robes with a dark turban-style headwrap, long rudraksha mala necklaces and a rudraksha bracelet on his upper arm, seated on a leopard-print cushioned chair before an ornate silver throne. He rests one hand on the head of a bare-chested young man in a white dhoti who bows with hands joined. A second attendant in orange cloth stands at left, wearing beaded necklaces and an earring, holding the bowing man's arm. A red curtain backs the stage, a white flower garland lies on the cushion and a microphone stands at right. The seated man is a possible a person candidate by appearance, but the photo has no legible caption tying him to the name.2019-01-24A photograph on a stage showing a seated man in a leopard-print throne with ornate silver lion armrests and a silver carved backdrop. He wears a rust-red cloth, a long rudraksha mala, and a forehead tilak, with long hair, and gestures with raised right hand. Two standing attendants in orange cloth with rudraksha malas and white body markings stand to his left; one holds a small white paper or card. A third figure kneels in front with palms joined, bare-chested with white markings, and a small offering plate sits near him. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure matches the presentation cues of long swept-back hair, rudraksha malas and a ceremonial throne, so he is described as the seated teacher receiving devotion.2018-04-01April 08 20182018-04-08 +1 copiesNovember 19 20172017-11-19A seated man in a tall black turban adorned with a gold ornament and green and red beads sits on an ornate silver throne covered with a leopard-print cushion. A bare-chested, shaved-headed devotee kneels forward while a seated man in a rust-red dhoti-style wrap and rust shawl, with a long braided-looking dark hair, rudraksha-like beads and gold necklaces, places his right hand on the devotee's head. The seated figure sits on a leopard-print cushioned throne-like seat with silver railings. Behind them hang garlands of marigolds and roses in yellow, red, white and green, and a silver bowl stands on a small table. A younger attendant in saffron-orange cloth with rudraksha malas stands at the left edge, watching. The scene resembles a shakti initiation blessing.2018-04-19March 04 20182018-03-04March 09 20182018-03-09
