A large outdoor photo of a water-fed reflecting pool with a black Shiva linga on a square base, garlanded with yellow and gold festoons, with water jets spraying up around it. Tiered red steps on the left and right hold many seated and standing people, mostly in white clothes, some with red and orange garments. A partly built multi-storey concrete structure with rising rods stands in the background under a pale sky. Some people walk along the steps and a few sit at the water's edge.
